Fishing - coarse fishing is available on a day ticket less than a mile away at Reybridge(it's a very pretty spot) with some of the best Barbel fishing in UK(so I'm told). Also lake fishing about 2 miles away at Silverlandsand fly-fishing tuition with Wiltshire's Fly Fishing School

Cycling

Cycling- We have bikes to rent on site or if you choose to bring your own bikes we can store them safely for you. We have mens, ladies and childrens bikes of varying sizes and you can even hire a tandem. Hire includes helmets, locks and panniers and we are happy to advise on routes. Walking - there are many lovely walks of varying lengths in the area and we have books of walks in all the cottages. There is a website Walking in Wiltshire which has 120 Wiltshire walks to download and the VisitWiltshire website also has a walking section.

Geo Caching
- where you search for hidden 'treasure' using a GPS receiver. Lacock has a series of geo caches.
